Eczema treatment for little girl

My 4 year old has awful eczema. I have stopped using soap on her and bubbles in the bath. Still, it is so bad. I haven’t found anything that consistently works to reduce the redness. She doesn’t seem too itchy, which is good. Anything that’s worked for anyone?
